At David Cheetham Gardens we can provide you with a full design, landscaping, construction management, maintenance and planting service.
We take a cooperative approach, developing the design concept together with our clients, tailoring our services according to their taste, needs and budget.
We have our own team of landscapers who have been recognised by the Builder’s Good Practice Award Scheme, as well as working with a select number of BALI landscaping companies to provide clients with a high quality service suited to their specific needs. All plants are sourced from specialist nurseries which can provide strong, healthy plants plus the diversity to meet all planting requirements.
Our portfolio of work is not limited to one style but includes a wide range of garden designs from contemporary private gardens with specimen planting to large country gardens with more traditional planting schemes. Importantly, our gardens are recognised for their strong design elements, lush planting, elegant styling and use of colour.
We work closely with our clients, listening to their needs, to ensure that the design brief is clear and well interpreted. In particular, when developing a design plan, we aim to reflect as closely as possible the styling, decoration and colour palette of the interior of the client’s home so that there is a strong visual relationship between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

David Cheetham Dip. EGS, MSGD, worked in the theatre as a director and designer before creating gardens. David has a huge breadth of gardening knowledge which comes from a passion and love for plants and design.
He received his post-graduate diploma in Garden Design from the world renowned English Gardening School at the Chelsea Physic Garden, London and is an accredited member of the Society of Garden Designers.
